Our Design Process

A typical design process is about 6 weeks from kickoff to delivery - but some programs can be created in as little as 2 weeks, and some take longer.

Kickoff

We start with a mini-discovery to launch the project and understand your group and your need.

Draft Review (2 weeks)

You review a program outline to offer early-stage input.

Asset Creation (3-4 weeks)

The design team begins scripting and creating presentation decks and handouts (live or live online) or storyboarding and programming (on-demand.)

Program Review (1 week)

Review and adjust the program design and materials before the first delivery.

Pilot 

Run the program with an initial test audience for feedback and timing adjustment.

Featured Work: Selling skills for a national account management team

Situation: This global pharma company needed to tighten key account skills for reps working with C-Suite clients in large, complex healthcare organizations 

Problem: Together with our client team, we discovered that key account managers were very good at 'filling orders' but needed to expand their ability to 'sell insights' to become trusted partners. 

Our Solution: We created the "Insightful Account Management" program as a workshop breakout at the business unit's annual sales conference. We built upon new clinical and product information at the event to create application opportunities for reps to apply insight-building skills.

Results: Key Account Managers reported a 45% increase in their perceived ability to articulate insights for existing customers and our workshop held the #1 spot for engagement at the conference.
